Happy New Year

Like every January 1st, a year is behind us and a new year is in front of us, and “happy new year” is the words the most said and shared in the world between people.

By asking people what would be a “happy year” for you, most of them will say “Money”, others will say “Family”, “Health”, “Peace”…, it depends on the definition of happiness.

The pursuit of happiness was and will be the common purpose of the mankind over the times, and justifies most of their deed. But during this journey, did the man ask him self if the happiness he is looking for is the right one, the one shared with everyone, the one which lasts forever, the eternal happiness.

If your happiness is the result and the cause of the misery and grief of other ones, if your happiness is only for yourself, if your happiness will end by your death, then know that it is not the right one.

To earn the eternal happiness you have to be proud of what you’ve done in this life, year after year; you have to move far from being selfish; you have to make others happy as much as you can.

Legion

Legion is an illustration of a prophecy, of a time when the entire world would be covered in darkness of extermination, an extermination like happened a long time ago and called the flood. It is the consequence for what men have done, “…kill each other over race and greed... ...waging war over dust and rubble and the words in old books”.

The mankind tramples the gift of God over the times, and we are still doing the same thing, ignoring that we have being chosen by God, chosen to spread the light.

We All know, believers and not believers, that the judgment day is coming, deep inside our hearts we know that we will be judged for our deeds, just ask your self if you will not wake up tomorrow, if it turns out that today is your last day on earth, would you be proud of what you've done in this life? Would you be able to answer your Creator?

Inception

Inception is a movie about a very interesting subject, the dreams. In the movie Christopher Nolan shows how the dreams can be powerful, in a good way when it’s used to maximize the potential of the mind; and in a bad way when it’s harmful, used to penetrate deep in others mind to steal a secret or to plant an idea.

The movie provides a good entertainment, but I think that it was insufficient; the 140 min was not enough to develop the complexity of the subject, that’s why the characters were a little empty, and the story moves fast from one scene to another, it's hard to keep up, even after watching it several times.

Also in some parts of the movie I felt that I’m watching Batman, I don’t know if it was deliberately or no, especially the music, from Hans Zimmer, I was waiting to be enchanted as usual, but I was not, and I found to many fragments that sounds like the soundtrack of Batman.

Finally it is not bad, so enjoy it.

Le mystère de la disparition des abeilles

Des ruches désertées. À l'extérieur, pas de cadavres. À l'intérieur une reine en bonne santé, des larves viables et une poignée de jeunes ouvrières affaiblies. Mais nulle trace des ouvrières. C'est le syndrome d'effondrement des colonies, un mal foudroyant qui décime les colonies d'abeilles par centaines de milliers depuis 2006. Cette situation d'urgence menace de précipiter un peu plus le déclin inexorable des abeilles. Elles constituent un rouage irremplaçable de notre agriculture.

Gamer

Gamer is a violent dirty movie, with a lot of blood and nudity. They said it is a vision of the future, I think it’s not, because we are already living in a world where some ones are using others and some ones are used by others, where some ones are abusing others and some ones are abused by others, and we can see how bad is the humans to each other across the times .

This movie makes me wonder if we are influencing TV, or are we influenced by TV, it is very hard to find a simple answer, may be the simple answer is “both”, we influence and we are influenced.

Finally I am scared, where are we going like this? Certainly not to better days…
